Cadasio, which transforms traditional instruction manuals into interactive 3D animations, is now part of the Autodesk Certified Apps Program.
Open only to applications with the highest level of quality, integration, and compatibility, Cadasio was selected due to its stability and ease of integration with Autodesk’s Inventor and Fusion 360 CAD products.
"All of our certified apps are subjected to rigorous testing so that customers can be assured of a first class user experience"
Cadasio Director Stephen Draper, said: “We are proud to join Autodesk’s prestigious apps program. Manufacturers have relied on paper instructions for many years but they can now be well and truly relegated to the past.
“Our software creates an immersive 3D experience of the assembly process giving users the ability to pan, rotate and zoom around individual steps. Cadasio’s intuitive interface and ease of use means users can import CAD files directly to a new project as well as update existing projects when the design changes, avoiding rework time and costs.”
An Autodesk spokesperson said: “We are delighted to welcome Cadasio as the newest member of our Autodesk Certified Apps Program. All of our certified apps are subjected to rigorous testing so that customers can be assured of a first class user experience.“
Cadasio is a cloud-based service available on Windows and Mac for a simple monthly subscription. Once created, the interactive manuals can be published online or embedded on a website and accessed via a web link or QR code.
